Security Policy

Last Updated: October 30, 2026

1. Our Security Commitment

At USDTFox, protecting our users, their account information, transaction records, and the integrity of our digital wallet services is a priority.

USDTFox is committed to taking reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the platform and the services it provides, including USDT deposits and withdrawals, internal transfers, invoices, gift vouchers, and merchant payment integrations.

Our objective is to provide users with a secure and reliable environment for everyday digital transactions.

2. Protection of User Funds and Balances

USDTFox is committed to maintaining appropriate transaction records and processing deposits, withdrawals, and internal transfers in accordance with its procedures.

Confirmed successful deposits must be credited to the appropriate user account in accordance with the applicable deposit process.

If a successful deposit is not credited correctly, an account balance is incorrect, or a transaction is processed incorrectly because of a platform error, USDTFox will investigate the issue and take appropriate corrective action.

Where a loss results from a security failure, processing error, or other failure attributable to USDTFox, the platform will address the matter in accordance with applicable law and its responsibility for the incident.

USDTFox does not treat the fact that a transaction involves digital assets as a reason to disregard a legitimate claim arising from an error attributable to the platform.

3. Account Access and Authentication

Users must protect their account credentials, including passwords, verification codes, recovery details, and other authentication information.

To help protect their accounts, users should:

  • Use a strong, unique password.
  • Never disclose passwords or verification codes to another person.
  • Keep their email account and recovery methods secure.
  • Use available additional authentication features where possible.
  • Avoid signing in through suspicious links or untrusted devices.
  • Sign out when using shared or public devices.
  • Report suspected unauthorized access promptly.

USDTFox will apply reasonable safeguards to account access and authentication within the platform's technical capabilities.

4. Unauthorized Access and User Responsibility

Users are responsible for taking reasonable precautions to protect their account credentials and devices.

If an account is accessed by another person because the user voluntarily disclosed credentials, failed to protect confidential information, or neglected reasonable account security measures, the user's responsibility will be assessed according to the circumstances and applicable law.

However, USDTFox will not automatically reject a security claim simply because a third party accessed the account. The platform will consider relevant transaction records, available security information, and whether a failure of USDTFox contributed to the incident.

USDTFox remains responsible for addressing security failures attributable to the platform as required by applicable law.

Users should immediately report suspected unauthorized access, unfamiliar transactions, or changes they did not authorize.

5. Transaction Security

Users must carefully verify transaction details before confirming a deposit, withdrawal, internal transfer, invoice payment, or gift voucher redemption.

Before sending USDT through a blockchain network, users should check:

  • The destination wallet address.
  • The selected blockchain network.
  • The amount being sent.
  • Any displayed platform or network fees.
  • The recipient details, where applicable.

Blockchain transactions may be irreversible once confirmed. USDTFox cannot guarantee recovery of funds sent to an incorrect address or through an unsupported network when those funds are outside its control or cannot technically be recovered.

Where a transaction is handled incorrectly due to a platform error, USDTFox will investigate and take appropriate corrective action.

6. Protection of Personal Information

USDTFox takes reasonable measures to protect user information and transaction records against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, and misuse.

Access to information should be limited to authorized purposes associated with operating, securing, supporting, or legally administering the platform.

Further information about the collection, use, storage, and sharing of user information is provided in the USDTFox Privacy Policy.

7. Security of Platform Services

USDTFox aims to apply appropriate safeguards to the services available on the platform, including:

  • User accounts and wallet balances.
  • Deposit and withdrawal processing.
  • Internal transfers between users.
  • Invoice creation and payment records.
  • Gift voucher creation and redemption.
  • Merchant payment gateway integrations.
  • Transaction histories and relevant system records.

Security controls may include access restrictions, transaction monitoring, technical safeguards, system maintenance, and investigation of suspicious activity, as appropriate to the service and its technical capabilities.

8. Merchant and Integration Security

Merchants using USDTFox payment integrations are responsible for securing their own websites, systems, API credentials, and administrative accounts.

Merchants should keep integration credentials confidential, follow the official integration instructions, and verify payment status through trusted platform records or supported verification mechanisms.

A customer-provided screenshot, email, or unverified message should not be treated as sufficient proof of payment when official transaction verification is available.

USDTFox may restrict integrations that pose a credible security risk or are used in violation of the applicable merchant terms.

9. Reporting Security Incidents

Users should contact USDTFox through the official support channels if they discover or suspect:

  • Unauthorized account access.
  • A missing or incorrectly credited successful deposit.
  • An unauthorized or incorrectly processed transaction.
  • An unexpected balance change.
  • A compromised password or verification method.
  • A suspicious invoice, gift voucher, or merchant payment.
  • A potential security vulnerability affecting the platform.

Where possible, users should provide the relevant transaction reference, approximate date and time, and a clear description of the issue. Users should never send their password or verification codes to support.

USDTFox will review reports and take reasonable steps to investigate and address confirmed issues.

10. Security Limitations

USDTFox works to maintain appropriate security measures, but no digital platform can guarantee complete protection against every cyberattack, technical failure, third-party incident, blockchain problem, or user-related security risk.

This limitation does not remove responsibility for failures attributable to USDTFox where responsibility is required under applicable law.

11. Service Interruptions and Protective Measures

Where necessary to protect users or the platform, USDTFox may temporarily delay, review, restrict, or suspend a transaction or service in response to a suspected security incident, technical issue, or lawful requirement.

Such measures will be handled in a reasonable and proportionate manner, subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the incident.

12. Continuous Improvement

USDTFox aims to review and improve its security practices as its services, technical systems, and risks evolve.

Users are encouraged to keep their contact information current, use available security features, and report suspicious activity promptly.

13. Contact Us
